How to participate:
Step 1: Register your school & Image Masters Children’s Photo Club
To begin you must first register your school and children’s photo club with us. You can do this on the home page of our website. Once you register your school, you will receive your school’s account details by email to the school’s official email address. Once you login to your school account, you will be asked to activate it by confirming the details of your school and your Image Masters children’s Photo Club.
Step 2: Book your Image Masters School Photo Fundraising Day
When activating your account you will be asked to input a provisional date for your Image Masters School Photo Fundraising Day. All participating school must host their school photo fundraising day before the end of February 2026.
On the day, we will set up a full photographic studio and your whole school community will have the opportunity to have their individual/sibling photos taken. We can also take any class/staff/sport groups for your school too. 15% of sales goes back into your school / PTA funds.
Step 3: Download and complete our Creative Well-being Activities in your classroom
Once you have activated your school account you will then have access to the INSPA Portal. Here you will find a series of free Creative Well-being Activities for your schools photo club. These consist of three sections: Exploring the Visual, Mindful Moments and Therapeutic Photography. They are easy to follow and a creative way to explore your curriculum through the medium of photography.
You can also show us your classroom activities or what your photo club gets up to on your online school activity board.
Step 4: Enter your pupils photographs into the INSPA Competition
Once you have experimented with some of our activities and opened discussion in your classroom around the INSPA theme, your pupils/photo club are now ready to participate. At this stage, your pupils may have already taken a number of wonderful photographs, if not they will now be well equipped to do so. Let the pupils lead the way and when you feel they are ready you can upload their entries via your school account on the INSPA portal.
Step 5: Participate in the Finalist Summer-Expo
All finalist and winning schools will have their photographs exhibited at our Finalist Summer Exhibition. This exhibition is a fantastic platform for your pupils / photo club to receive national recognition for their creative work while having it on public display. It is also great for schools to show their achievements in implementing positive change within their school environment.
